1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Resonate Health platform, the LeanRx program, or any related services (collectively, "Services") provided by Zenvra Health and Wellness LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zenvra Health and Wellness LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India.
2. Description of Services
Resonate Health operates as a health data coordination and program management platform. LeanRx is a GLP-1 weight loss support program offered through Resonate Health. Our Services include:
- Health assessment and eligibility screening
- Care coordination between medical professionals, nutritionists, and fitness experts
- Longitudinal health data tracking (body composition, biomarkers, nutrition, fitness)
- Structured program protocols for weight management support
- Access to a professional dashboard shared among your care team
The Company is a care coordination and health data platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical company. All clinical decisions, including medication prescriptions, remain the sole responsibility of the licensed medical professional supervising your care.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India
- Complete the eligibility assessment honestly and in full
- Not have any contraindicated medical condition as identified during assessment
The Company reserves the right to decline service to any applicant who does not meet eligibility criteria, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.
Resonate Health and LeanRx are care coordination services, not medical providers. Nothing in our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medication decisions — including GLP-1 prescriptions — are made exclusively by licensed physicians and remain entirely under physician supervision.
You acknowledge that:
- The Company does not prescribe medication
- GLP-1 medications carry potential side effects and risks that your supervising physician will discuss with you
- Results from the LeanRx program vary by individual and are not guaranteed
- You must inform your supervising physician of all existing medical conditions and medications before beginning the program
- In a medical emergency, you must contact emergency services (112) immediately and not rely on the Company for emergency care
5. Program Fees and Payment
5.1 Pricing
LeanRx program fees are as follows, inclusive of all applicable GST:
- Monthly plan: ₹2,999 per month
- 3-month plan: ₹7,999 (one-time payment)
- 6-month plan: ₹14,999 (one-time payment)
Medication costs are separate and transparent. They are not included in the program fee. Your supervising physician will advise on medication dosage and sourcing.
5.2 Payment
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed before access to the program is granted. The Company accepts UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed at the time of purchase.
5.3 Price Changes
The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until the current billing period ends.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Company operates a service-based refund policy in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6.1 Monthly Plan
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time before the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current month once the billing cycle has commenced. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.2 Quarterly and 6-Month Plans
For pre-paid plans (3-month and 6-month):
- Cancellation before first consultation or first program session: full refund within 48 hours of written cancellation request to hello@resonatehealth.in
- Cancellation after the first consultation or program session has been delivered: no refund. The service has been partially rendered and the Company's costs have been incurred.
- Cancellation due to medical ineligibility identified by the Company's medical team after payment: full refund within 7 business days
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
6.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Consultation fees where the consultation has been completed
- Blood work and laboratory test costs (charged by third-party laboratory partners)
- Body composition assessment fees where the assessment has been conducted
6.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@resonatehealth.in with your full name, registered phone number, date of payment, and reason for cancellation. The Company will respond within 2 business days.
7. Your Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and honest information during assessment and throughout your program
- Attend scheduled consultations and check-ins, or notify the Company in advance if you are unable to
- Follow the protocols recommended by your care team, or communicate clearly if you are unable to do so
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Notify the Company immediately of any adverse reactions, medical emergencies, or significant health changes
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
8. Data Privacy
The Company collects and processes personal and health data as described in our Privacy Policy, available at resonatehealth.in. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
Your health data is accessible only to members of your care team and authorised Company personnel. It is never sold to third parties, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than coordinating your care.
Data is stored and processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Indian law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Resonate Health platform — including protocols, assessments, program materials, design, software, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Zenvra Health and Wellness LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Company content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
- Any adverse health outcomes, medication side effects, or medical complications arising during the program — these remain the responsibility of the supervising physician
- Any loss of data, business interruption, or service unavailability
The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zenvra Health and Wellness LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- You provide false or misleading information
- Your continued use poses a risk to your health or safety, in the Company's reasonable medical judgement
- You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward any member of the care team
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Any data you have provided will be retained as required by applicable law and medical record-keeping obligations.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from written notice of the dispute.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. For material changes, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email.
